Important rule: dual citizenship
If you hold Polish citizenship and the citizenship of another country (or several countries), under Polish law, you are treated as a person with Polish citizenship.
What does this mean for you? You register in the system and go through the admissions process on exactly the same terms as candidates from Poland.
